That’s exactly what’s going on as the incredibly thin handset is going to be splashing down with Rogers some time very shortly – albeit, no official date has been mentioned so far. Regardless, the handset they’re getting is every bit the same that we see with AT&T’s version, but the unique thing about it is that Gingerbread will be available from the start. However, it’s also noteworthy to mention that it’ll support Rogers’ 21Mbps HSPA+ network for some lightning quick data speeds.
Naturally, there’s going to be a lot of interest surrounding the handset – even more when it features a tantalizing 4.5” Super AMOLED Plus display. In the meantime, Rogers customers can continue to start saving money now since its pricing is still unknown.
